Consumer Credit Counseling Services of San Diego and Imperial Counties (CCCS of San Diego) is a nonprofit community service agency. CCCS was founded in 1964 by concerned individuals from Banks, Finance Companies, Savings
and Loan Associations, Collection Agencies, Retailers, Social Service Organizations, Religious Denominations, Military Personnel and other public service organizations. Established exclusively for educational, social welfare
and public benefit, we serve all members of the San Diego and Imperial County communities.
CCCS has strengthened the financial security of thousands of families and individuals through our education and counseling programs. Our expertise comes from over thirty-seven years of teaching and counseling students, individuals and families on sound money management principles.
